Cancellation & Refund Policy

By subscribing to the Classifieds Service, You agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees for the Service and additional usage fees indicated for the relevant subscription plan. Payments will be charged on the subscription start date and will cover the use of the Service for the selected period.

Subscription fees are not refundable and are paid in advance.

Payment for Services will be made online. You hereby authorize Us to charge your credit card for such amounts according to your service usage.

We reserve the right to change the payment terms and fees without prior written notice to you.

Termination
You may terminate the Service by notifying Us of your intention to cancel the Service prior to the commencement of the next Service Period. Your Service will continue to operate until the end of the Service Period and no refunds will be provided for unused periods.

HiFiVision.com reserves the right to revoke Your access to use the Service should any of the terms of this Agreement be violated. In the event that We terminate Your Service for a violation of this Agreement, no refund will be granted.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our liability for losses suffered by you, arising out of or in connection with the Classifieds will be ₹0.00. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of income or profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or the like. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of either party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HiFiVision.com and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or caused by Your or Your visitors’ use of the Classifieds. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
