HiFiVision.com web site acts as a venue to allow Member to sell and buy audio and video related products via classifieds. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. Members will have to deal with other members at their own risk. HiFiVision.com will not be responsible for any trades between members or liable to any claims whatsoever for any loss of any kind bourne by either the buyer, seller or any other third party. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.
