2.1 pc speakers to sony bravia

Just bought f&d 2.1 speakers for sony 46hx850.Connecting them via the headphone jack on the back of the tv is giving out a very weak output even weaker than the tv's speakers.Can anybody please tell me what am I doing wrong? They sound perfectly fine when connected with my pc.

If you have a pair of other speakers,try connecting them to see if it's a problem with TV.It could also be a sound setting in TV different from the usual sound.

Hi Ankur,

you need to change some settings in your tv sound options, one of my relative was also facing same problem, but when I tried few options in tv's sound setting it started working normally. but I don't remember the name of the setting you need to change but I remember it is in tv's sound menu.

Hi I also have a bravia TV, I think the sound settings have volume control for headphones try to increase it, if not already done.
