2 Non 3d LED tv - questions from a novice.Plz suggest

Kindly suggest a 40 inch as well as 46 inch LED Television for home use

Purpose

1. Watching SD and HD channels from DTH
2. 3D not required.
3 Wifi prefered - but not man0datory. (Can this SMART tv stuff can be substituted by connecting a non SMART LED tv with a streaming media player like WD Live? So that i can save some money?).
4. Budget - 1 lac for 2 televisions together.

Kindly provide suggestions in each brand.

Is it the same product I get for bill and without bill ? or for grey market , the products also will be greyed /refurbished/seal opened box ?
