My requirement are simple.

22"/23"/24" LED
Durable (Must as it's for someone who can' really afford frequent TV Repair/Upgrade/Exchange etc.)
HD or HD Ready.. I think didn't make any difference for 22"/23"/24" SIZE TVs
USB/HEMI/Headphone Jack or at least can use Headphone jack with ...

Budget up to 13k

Hope you won't ignore it and reply accordingly :)

Hi

Here are some links to understand the difference in TVs...

Unfortunately Today's TVs are not really durable...maximum lifespan is between 3-9 years and so you need to go for the TV brand that offers maximum warranty...there are forum members who have faced panel issues after just one or two years of use....

Sharp and Toshiba are the only brands as far as I know who offer 3 years warranty and Toshiba has some good models like the PU series or Cricket series which would be available in the size you want and have the connectivity and features within your budget....go window shopping and demo side by side brands and models which fit your budget.....

Hi efernand1,

As of now ONLY 1 Model from Sharp 24" (LC 24LE155M) 15000/- but Consumes 143W Power + 1 Year Warranty only (warranty confirmed by Company via email).

About Toshiba, Toshiba 24P2305 & 24P1300 has 3 Years warranty (NO Clarification either including Display Panel or Excluding?) Rs.13207/- + 799/- (2 years Extended Warranty)

I didn't found any online deal with 23"/24" PU Series with 3 Year Warranty.

In my city ALL Sellers just wanted to Sell what they have in STOCK and maximum of them are willing to Sell LG (4125/4305 for 13k/15k respectively)

Thanks :)

Hi HiFi Friends,

Finally I decided to got with Toshiba, but there is 2 Variant and in dilemma to go with which one:

Toshiba 24P2305ZE 12699/- @ Snapdeal
Toshiba 24P1300Ze 12847/- @ ebay.in

Please suggest which of above TV is good?

Thanks

What is your city? West India in my opinion is big

People have NO GOOD experience of buying V online - read past posts

also In your City Toshiba or Sharp service centre is there??? What is it's reputation?

Hi Macrose.

You can do a side by side comparision for both on the Toshiba website....I recently purchased the 32 inch P2305 cricket series and it is good for a relative. There are some members who faced a bad delivery experience when ordering TVs online and I hope you don't face the same. You may want to check the local electronics dealer and see if you can get the same for a competitive price with 3 years warranty....

When you purchase TV online, always make sure the seller / dealer provides you with a transit insurance. And while taking delivery, make sure the package is not mishandled. Have purchased 4 TV's from eBay and none had turned me down. But I always check with the sellers about the insurance and the courier partner they use.

Hello HIFI Friends,

Can any one please explained what are the DIFFERENCE between:
Toshiba 24P2305ZE 12699/-
Toshiba 24P1300Ze 12847/-

I'm From Mumabi

I had purchased 3 led Monitors online for my Friends and every time got Good Undamaged and NEW Product (1 was from Snapdeal).

In my locality every Seller keep pushing LG and if they have Toshiba than they don't have 24" :( .... so finally decide to buy from online...

Now few small shop left unseen and in 2-3 days will check with them too, but when I arrive at home from office at that time maximum shops have closing time :(

If any one can EXPLAIN difference between above 2 Toshiba model, I will be thankful to him/her.

Thank you for ALL OF yours suggestions and help,

TC :)

Is Toshiba Support is WORST in Mumbai or ALL India?

In my locality as already said NO ONE have TOSHIBA TV and also NOT WILLING to provide on Order

Don't know why?

@Macrose - If you can wait for some more time, you can see some more manufacturers like Sony, Panasonic, Videocon in the 22", 24" that you are looking at. Probably the prices are going to be cheaper/lower.

Price may fall or Increase I don't know.

...but after online search, mouthshut.com vist and few dealers view - TOSHIBA is one of the WORST BRAND for After Sales Service.

3 years warranty is GOOD, but TOSHIBA didn't provide service than what's use of 3 or 5 Years WARRANTY
