32" full HD TV Samsung and Sony

Dear Friends I am planning to purchase a 32" full HD tv i have narrowed down to Samsung LA32D580K4R and LA32D550K1R and Sony KLV32CX420 and Sony KLV32NX520. but now its really very confusing which tv should be bought. I would be using it on TATA Sky HD, please suggest

guys no inputs yet ? is LA32D580K4R a better choice? It had 4 HDMI ports and also plays all formats. any thoughts?

Between the 2 samsung i would go with the 32D580 since it mostly might comes with a SPVA panel.

Gappa I am getting Samsung 32D550 @ 33,900/- with one year warranty and a DVD player free. 32D580 was not avialable in stock so he could not give the rates. Sony KDL- 32CX420 @ 34900/- and 32NX520 @37,900/- with a Sony Clock radio free on both as the festive offer from sony.

got the 32cx420 for 33300/-(free radio clock,airtel dth hd) here in Hyderabad..though I cant tell you how it differs in pq from samsung d580 but for me it looks more natural and real..in samsung colors will be more vibrant...
