32 inch LCD/LED TV?

Hi,

Please suggest a good 32 inch LCD/LED TV. Looking for very good Picture Quality. Watching SD content will dominate HD content(more of SD watching). Budget is not a constraint.

Forgot to mention in my earlier post that I am looking for good viewing angle. Most of the time the viewing angle may vary from 30 degree to 45 degree. I had heard earlier that LG Television have better viewing angle. Is Samsung 32D5000 still the best considering the viewing angle?
