32 inch led (LG or Sony)

Hi,iam from Navi mumbai and iam planning to buy a 32 inch led tv. I have got a quote from vijay sale for LG 32LV3500 Full HD for Rs 35000.When i had been to the showroom i also liked KDL-32EX420 (which is for 39500,but HD ready).The clarity of the sony led although being hd ready was better than the full hd ld led. My budget is max 40 k. I dont want to install additional speakers for the led (My Hall is of decent size).
Please advice.

in 32" tvs you will seldom notice a big difference between 720 and 1080p. In that case you can go for the sony one as it impresses you. But mind that its not going provide more video format support as other brands like sammies and lgs do. So you have to make your choice between format support and pq...
