32 inch Smart LED

I have been active on this forum for the past couple of days. I have read almost all the recent threads on this forum, and thus my confusion has increased ten fold. I am specifically looking for a 32 inch LED TV. I am not able to zero down on any model.

My revised requirements are -

32 inch LED TV (No rethink about the size and type)
Viewing distance and room size (Does not matter)
Smart TV
Picture Quality - Good/Excellent
USB supported
HDMI supported

Full HD preferred, but will be happy if an HD-Ready model is equally good or better


Place of purchase - Pune
Requirement - Urgent

Budget - 35k-37k


Please tell me atleast 3-5 models that suit my requirement. I will demo them tomorrow itself. I have to buy the TV within this week only. First hand reviews/experiences are more than welcome. Any information regarding special offers and/or discounts is more than welcome.
