32" LED Needed. Please help

Helllo

Im looking for a 32" LED LCD tv. Zeroed in on Samsung or sony. Am confused with a few features

i) How are the Smart TV/Sony Network features on these TV
ii) What kind of Apps can I use? Apart from youtube? ( I dont have an Android phone)
iii) Some have Direct LED and some have Edge LED. Which has better picture quality?

Have these models in mind currently:
Samsung UA32ES5600R
Samsung UA32EH5330R
Sony KLV-32EX330
Sony KDL-32EX550

Which has the best PQ? Smart features are secondary for me.

My comparison zeroes in on EX330. The direct edge was clearly better than EX550's edge lighting. Hope it helps. Dont invest too much for smart tv, spend that money on a media player which will offer the same and more.

From the ones that you have listed, my choice will be the Samsung UA32ES5600R because it is FULL HD and its Slim (EDGE lit)...

Look for the SONY KDL-32EX650 as well because it is FULL HD and EDGE Lit and in my opinion it has the best Picture Quality in this range...
I think the offer price on it is Rs. 42,900. You can get it even cheaper if you bargain...

32" Full HD LED TV within 35-40K

First of all what I would like to say is that I have no idea how my thread has got entangled with this thread..

I like the EX 650 because it has FULL HD which is very useful if you happen to be close to the TV while watching it...

Eduku: Have you compared EX650 and EX330? I had spent time in comparing them by manually setting the various parameters same (dont do vivid or any std settings, they differ within model itself). For me EX330 with Direct LED was much better in PQ and black levels.

Would like to know why you have suggested EX650

Since I cannot see my own thread (which was posted just a few hours ago), I will go ahead and ask my question here as this thread comes closest to mine.

Can any one of you suggest which one among these makes the most sense as far as Picture quality is concerned :

1) Philips 32PFL6357/V7

2) LG 32LS4600

3) Samsung UA32EH5000R

4) Any other TV within 35K, Please Specify.
