32" LEDs: phil-3057 & 4356 orSam-EH4003

i found the following Philips 32" LEDs cheapest... and had good PQ:

32PFL3057 - 26.5K
32PFL4356 - 28K

any idea/experience about these models?

i am afraid of Philips service support.
have read (and even heard) many complaints about their poor support.

any suggestions?

i also found a samsung 32incher LED, similarly priced - UA32EH4003 for 29K.
how is that product?

which would be a better option - procuct-vise; service/support vise?
