Where do I find rechargeable 3d glasses other than retail outlets cause they are too expensive here around 4.5k. Should I get them from US ?

4.5k is a good price for rechargeable glasses. Yes if you get a good deal from US or Amazon, go for it. Only thing is they are prone to breakage and India warranty (I am assuming from last year's warranty terms) should cover for such damage for 1 year.
