40" LED/LCD around 45k

Hi,
I am looking for a 40 inches led for my bedroom. My budget is around 45k. I am not at all inclined towards any smart tv features and 3D is also not of any importance. All am looking for is good picture quality. Please suggest. Also note am not looking for plasma as i have a big window opposite the wall where i will install tv.

when you say ebay, do you mean grey market piece with dealer/seller warranty or does it come with manufacturur warranty?

I think this TV was imported from hong kong or singapore, which will have only dealer warranty , not manufacture warranty .

yes its imported one with dealer warranty.
after getting an hd connection from videocon..
the sd channels are also very nice.
i compared with some other tvs including sony 32" led, toshiba pb20(40")
its far far better in pq . i will recommend strongly this tv.

Experts please provide you opinion/suggestion to clear my query.
I demoed toshiba 40pu200 and picture quality looked good. But i am not sure about the reliability of it. Also i check LG42CS470 LCD and LG42LS4600 LED. Lcd seems to be in my budget at 42k however the led looked good at 50k.
Please suggest you opinion which one would be best value for money and reliable option for normal sd channel viewing n watching movies.
