Need AVR and speaker bundle with 40k budget
Mainly using it with pc monitor 25inch only for movies 5.1 surrounding need suggestions

You can go with YHT 2910, fits your requirements. If you are open to stepwise upgradations then can go for Marantz NR 1508 at 34 k+ 2.0 speakers like Boston A25 at 14k then add other components later as budget allows. In this way you can put together a much better system eventually.
