5.1 channel home theatre suggestions

I want to buy a home theatre for my LED tv.First i thought of going for individual component system but its not in my budget.

So i want to go for HTP-RS42 |

Onkyo India

or

I just want to go with 2 floorstanders and a sub woofer with AVR

my budget is below 40k any suggestions??

Going separate is a better option. But with your budget, it seems to be difficult.

Budget avr = 22-24K
Floor Standers = 20-25K
Sub woofer = 12-15K

Total will be around 54-64K

No matter what you buy, floorstanders will be available between 20-25K. So price will definitely increase. Please check this link for FS - Floorstanding

Before getting a suggestion, please clarify the following:

Size of your room
Usage ratio - movies: music

You can go for Onkyo 3500 which will be around 30K...I have not heard RS42, but I found Rs32 to be too load and think it can cause fatigue. Better you demo as many as possible before making the right choice.

The main purpose is for watching movies and room size is 17*12.But i thought pioneer rs 32/42 are good deal for home theatres as they comes with AVR but i dint auditioned them.
