5.1 Channel Speaker System Between 10k-15K

Please help me to get a 5.1 Channel Speaker System between 10K-15K. I will be using it 50% for music and 50% for movies and gaming.

I want to connect this system to my Sony Bravia KDL32EX520 which has optical out. So i will be needing a system having optical in.

Connections Needed:
1. I will be streaming movies from my laptop via router connected to my TV.
2. Will be connecting my laptop directly to TV via HDMI
3. I need to connect my airtel set tob box(not HD) to TV via RCA cable.

Will i get 5.1 channel audio from my optical out on TV in case 1,2 and stereo in case 3? That output goes to my 5.1 channel speaker system.

With this budget you can comfortably get sony/samsung/LG etc but if you are keen on sound quality budget needs to be revised.

Logitech Z5500 meets your requirements as it has two coaxial and two optical inputs. But a better option will be to get Yamaha 196 which is close to 20K.
