Thanks for the reply, I am looking for new 5.1 set, ETC is okay for me but seems new is not available in Blore?

I am getting below Polk Audio deal for approx 55k. Guys suggest how it will be with Yamaha RX-671 or suggest something else in this range.

I have got the Yamaha 671 AVR instead of the 673 I wanted. I mostly watch movies and listen to music from the MP3s

I too am looking for 5.1 speaker set up for my living room. However, due to space constraint, I have to rule out floor standing and book shelves. I have narrowed down on the below, can you please advice which will be the best out of these?

Boston Acoustics A 2310HTS Home Theater Speaker Package
Wharfedale DX-1 Home Theatre Package
Minx 525 home cinema system (not sure if these are available in India)

If there are any other makes/models, suggestions are welcome.

I got the receiver for about 36K and it was through a friend of mine. The reason I went for this model is that it best suited my requirement of both movies and music.

The other receiver I shortlisted was the denon 1912.

You didn't mentioned the source. I guess its from US since you have mentioned "through a friend of mine". If yes can you let me know price in India for the same?
