5.1 surround from a TV??

The LG-32LH60YR supposedly delivers 5.1 sound through its speakers. Can anyone who has demoed it please confirm whether this 5.1 ch output really work?

^^ Its 5.1 virtual sound, its not actuall discrete 6 channels.........the sound phase shift and distribution takes place in such a way you have a feeling of surroung sound, this can be liked by some, but personally I was not at all impressed and prefer normal stereo mode for regular TV watching.......
Unless we have HD channels that have true surround sound which I can enjoy through my HT.....

I HAVE 42lh 60 yr.. aka jazz theatre 700w. 5.1
however its just a vurtual conversion and also speaksers placement does not changes so its kinda useleess i rather select to play 3.1 that is more crisp as there are three places in the tv that the speakers are placed on.. for tv go for stereo as all dth receivers provide streo unless its a hd tv

Ahhh.... finally someone who owns an LG Jazz Theatre. I am thinking of getting the younger 32" sibling. I suppose that barring the screen size, the performance and stats of both should be the same.
Please answer one question on my mind. Can the 100Hz (or higher) TruMotion be turned off? What are the benefits (if any) of Trumotion??
