If my taste in music was available on Vinyl I would have gone that way long back.

I welcome you in advance. I can provide any help you need including player, phonostage and even records when you are fully into vinyl.
Kuruvillaji thank you so very much. I'll definitely seek your guidance and advise.

I have inherited one Garrard whose Idler wheel has worn out. I have been gifted one Dual by our erstwhile FM Suri and one Technics by Santhosh. Of the two, the Dual's counter weight is misplaced. I think the Technics requires servicing and I believe the cart is so so. I intend to take the first few tentative steps with the Technics. Thereafter, I'll seek your help and advise on a TT worth it's salt.

My CNC phono stage is languishing in the cupboard for the past 7-8 months. I hope that would be a decent starting point.

I had a modest collection of about 15 LPs till a while ago. I had recently acquired 42 LPs and looking for more.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Vinyl, Captain.
Thank you very much Reuben. Hope to make a new beginning.

Hey Rahul, thank you for the encouragement. Let's see how it goes.

Black Magic...

Sadly, I do not have a vinyl copy of Black Magic Woman. Forgetting that the song I remember was recorded by Santana, I was surprised when Google told me that it was originally a Fleetwood Mac song.

I'm just off to youtube...

Yep Thad... it was orignally a Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac song... I like both the versions... though, I still prefer the original Mac version a little bit more! And... it does sound glorious on Vinyl!
