Acieve Dialogue Clarity under 30k

Recently I bought a LG TV (32LB620B), With normal Movie channel (from STB) there is no problem understanding the dialogues. But when playing HD movies from Blu ray or DVD or downloaded, the dialogue are very hard to understand even at near full volume.

Actually for these very reason, I used to watch movies from PC or Laptop using headphones (connecting USB DAC/ headphone amp). This option was good for personal viewing. But missing part was the big screen and companion of other family members, still dialogues were crystal clear.

I do not care about rumble bass, comprehension of dialogue is my main concern. So please give me a help hand sharing your valuable advise or suggestion regarding HT setup or sound-bar for best dialogue clarity which is achievable within 30k.

Buy a good soundbar incase you want just something to complement your tv.
