Acoustat Model 1... Anyone heard these?

I found a pair of acoustic model 1 in pretty good condition. I can get them for $125.But I'm not familiar with these speakers. are they worth it ?what are they compared to ?if anybody has any information on this I really appreciate it... I'm having a hard time finding anything out about them.. Thanks
