Advice Needed for selecting Stereo Amplifier

PLEASE I Want Your Expert Advice & Suggestion for Sellecting Stereo Amplifier For My Music Listening Pleasure...

Music Collections:-
1)Indian Classicals Instrumentals(Flute/Sitar/Santoor/Sarod/Tabla/)
2)Indian Classicals Vocals
3)Hindi Film Songs
4)Western Classicals Orchestra/Concerts of Strings/Pianos ....

Last Week I purchased Dali Zensor 7 FS(Full 5.1 Pkg FS+BS+Center+Sub+BS For surround)) speakers with Denon Avr X-1000..

Looking for Stereo Amp Preferably Upto Rs.30000/-
Please help me in selecting right AMP...

Since the rupee has fallen you will have to increase ur budget.

Having said that Yamaha A-S300 and 500 are still selling at older price. You should be able to find 300 for 25k and 500 for 30k.

A few quick questions......
1. Are you planning to use the fronts of your HT speakers i.e the Dali Zensor Floorstanders for stereo listening?
2. Are you open to buying used? This may allow you to get better value for your money (Rs 30K), and you may get some hidden gems!
3. During your speaker hunt, did you hear any stereo amplifier with your front speakers? Did you like any of them?
4. What is the source that you are planning to use to play your music?
5. In what format is your music collection available? Are they CDs, MP3s, FLAC, etc?
6. How big is your listening space?

Do let us know the answers to the above, and I'm sure members will pitch in with good recommendations.

Thank you for your questions.. & Answers are listed below:-

1)Dali Zensor 7 FS will be used for Stereo.
(Sensityvity 90 db/Recomended Power 30-150 watt)
2)If i will get good OLD USED GEM as u have mention ..than can think for that..
therwise preferably NEW...
3)I will buy New CD Player in future..Presently using CD formate/MP3/FLAC
From Computer which is also connected to Avr..
4)Room Area 15' by 12' & listening Area will be 10' BY 10'.

While demo, they Used only Denon Higher Avr X-4520...
They advice me i will not need seperate Amp for Stereo Purpose as Avr X-1000
will do the job satisfactorily...This is only my personal thinking for going sepereate for stereo Amp...

I have received suggestion for Following Amp so far:-

1)Marantz PM 7004
2)NAD C 326 BEE or C 356 BEE & C 375 BEE
3)NORGE 1200 PRO & 1000 gold..

Hope this will Clear some point.....

look at a warmer sounding amp since the type of music you will be listening to will be quite bright and you dont want listening fatigue

the newer album from Pulz is quite good. and i believe it comes in your price range, not sure if rate has gone up now.

they are a mumbai based firm, hence you could personally audition them at their andheri HQ

Marantz amp can be paired easily with Dali.Both are musical.

I auditioned last year the Zensors 5 & 7 FS with Marantz / CA / NAD / ROTEL.
After prolonged audition I found, to my liking, zensors paired well with Marantz PM 7004.

Slightly higher than your budget, but I believe Marantz PM6004 will be a good choice for your requirement.
