Advise for Home theatre 3500 and 298

Hi all,
i am from Hyderabad. I tought of having onkyo 3500 and enquired about the price which was mentioned to me as Rs 27000 by Bajaj electronics.
Is it fine to go with that price.
while doing more research i also found Yamaha YHT 298 to be an interesting one. I could not find many reviews about 298.
What would the price of it in Hyderabad.

i had seen even denon 1312xp but iam interested only for 3500 or 298.
Please help me in choosing one among them.
If there is a considerable difference of amount between two i would like to go with 3500.
Your help is appreciated.

iam having Tata SKY HD setop box, Philips DVD player(HDMI port), planning for XBOX kinet.
Connect Laptop through HDMI for watching Movies

I will recommed Yamaha 298 as it has automatic room calibration, active subwoofer and 4K passthrough. Room calibration is very useful for setting up the HT. The active subwoofer out means you can add a better sub later. 4K is not important. But please take a demo of both and decide before buying.
