I was listening to some music on my new (to me) belt drive pioneer PL100 when i noticed what sounded like some speed instability. I checked the strobe, and all was well. But this intermittent flutter showing up in instrumental passages where the instrument holds a particular note never stopped.
Then I started noticing the same in a Classic FM broadcast. I'm pretty sure their sources are better. But this whole thing is very intermittent that I've not been able to isolate it. But it is annoying
Could this be because of something in my downstream equipment? Is there something wrong with my hearing?
