I was in San Francisco last month and the Louis Vuitton Cup which was the qualifying round to decide the challenger for the America's Cup was being held, with 4-5 teams participating-I think one each from Switzerland, Italy, New Zealand participated, and the NZ team has won. Anyway there was a book on the stalls about Larry Ellison's passion for sailing and his involvement in the America's Cup, which I hope to lay my hands on in the near future. The America's cup is a very high stake's game involving super yachts sailing at speeds upto 70 mph without motors, and budgets of hundreds of millions of dollars.
