Hi Rajeev,
if you want an amp just for stereo listening , then a Marantz or a Nad integrated amplifier would be preferrable. You can take a look at the amplifiers/receivers in the Hifi Vision(offers & deals ) section on the forum. If you don't mind pre-owned, you may find some in the classifieds section/For sale by owner on this forum or olx. But in Olx you will have to tread with caution. Since the QAccoustic 3020's are small, pls try to take them along for auditioning with the amplifier to give you a better idea which sound is more preferrable. Pls note that the above speakers are small & will not give you adequate bass in the room. Hence in the future pls keep some budget for a nice subwoofer.
Also you may need to decide if you need streaming features in the amplifier like spotify or Tidal & a usb port ( which may not be required if you have a source or a cd player with usb). If you want a receiver for music & movies then a marantz or a Denon would do.

Marantz PM 6000 series

The PM6006 pair really well with the 3020i and the concept 20 alike. Sound spacious , imaging is really good and treble sounds detailed. This is based on whatever i have demoed till date , have not got the oppurtunity to listen to counterpart stereo amps from Onkyo/Denon/Yamaha till date

Went to buy 3020i
Got a chance to listen to oconcept 20 with pm6006..
Going with concept 20 and pm6006

When you audition both there is no way you will to with 3020i unless you are on a tight budget

Though only for about 10 minutes, I really loved the 3020 with Audiolab 6000A.

Pairs very well with Marantz. I have a PM5005 on sale in the For Sale section if you're interested for a local pickup. Save money you can put towards something else in your chain or towards music.

i have same speakers and amp is yamaha as-500. it sounds nice. As others mentioned marantz can give more warmth to the music.
