Another case of a defective Panasonic Plasma

Guys, My 50VT20D Panasonic plasma from Oct 11 has been declared a case for replacement. Any thoughts on what is the minimum I should insist for?

Another VT (which is not available here) or settle for a GT50 (one step lower) or even ST50 (even lower) which is being allegedly offered as a replacement for old VT20s

A member here recommended I ask for a refund, which I don't think is a good idea since I got it for 74K. The refund is not going to get me a decent 40 inch LED/Plasma let alone a 50" one.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

The old vt20 is two generations older and is two generations older than a GT50. The current neoplasma gt50 is at par if not better than the VT30.
