Audio Dynamics in Bangalore stocks these. You can give them a try but a bit expensive. I reckon you order these from eBay or Amazon where you get them a $5 a piece. The other alternative is using a cosmetic brush.

PS: Hope you are referring to a brush and not a gun. If its a gun, then again its eBay or amazon.

An antistatic gun just sprays a neutralising charge on to a record. To prevent pick up of dust suspended in the air or on the platter. It does not clean the disc. A conductive carbon fiber brush should ideally be earthed to discharge any charge from the disc.

Eltech makes anti static equipment. Not sure how expensive.

There are some ionizing hair dryers on flipkart, though you
may may have to do some DIY disable the heating element.
Car ionizers run off 12V and are very cheap on ebay india or your
local car decor guy.

There is also a DIY version made from a cheap piezo electric gas lighter
which you can google for.
