Any user experience/ feedback on SONY - BDV E880 home theatre???

Hi,
My friend is looking for a decent home theatre, a budget one, but nice to have as much gooodies as possible.

He has seen SONY - BDV E880 (for @28k INR). Anyone using it??? can share your valueable feedback??? Pros & cons?

OR- Can anyone suggest any other HT setup (pricing withing INR 30K altogether). A simpler one is preferred (rather than mix & match setup wich requires knowledge to use/maintain/upgrate).

Another option would be Onkyo 3400 + Sony Blu Ray Player for 30k. This would have more connectivity options.
