Split between these two for days. Haven’t heard them.

Ascendo:

D4000 Pros:
1. App control (same as svs)
2. 200w more power than Ascendo’s
3. Ability to go deeper than sv12 at higher SPL
4. Weighs 16kgs more (just my perception )

The 12 sub Pros:
1. Better construction
2. Sounds tighter according to shane lee/sparechange
3. Amp-3yrs and cabinet-5yrs warranty (not sure about D4000)
4. Looks better than D4000

I am also in the same boat, currently have SVS SB1000 Pro and I am not that much satisfied because of the room size. I am looking for more powerful sub.
