Audio over wifi - Intel Widi to Netgear Push-to-TV PTV2000 - Yamaha196 not working

Dear all.. I was trying below setup but I am not getting audio over wifi connection.

Media being played thru Potplayer in the Laptop -> Intel Widi ON-> Netgear Push-to-TV(PTV2000) HDMI-OUT connected to HDMI-IN in Yamaha 196. Yamaha HDMI-OUT (ARC) connected to TV HDMI-IN.
The AVR displays PCM even for DD file.

I am able to see the Video but I am not able to hear audio.:sad:. Am I missing something here...?

When I exclude Netgear Push-to-TV(PTV2000) and do the setup as below then its working perfect. i.e I am able to get both Audio and Video.
