Any body is using Belkin ultra HD Hdmi cable as it us mentioned that it is best for optimal viewing of Apple TV 4k.

Yes am using two of them... However I have not found them to be that good...native ps4 cable is better, also I like the Amazon basics cable that I have more too... Cable creations also I have same price range again better

I am not sure about specific to apple tv though as I don't have that
