Best 32" LED TV in 40K

Hi , I am looking for 32" LED TV
Basic requirement:
FUll HD,
LED TV,

Just been to LG showroom liked LG LV3500 & LG LED TV-32LE4610,will be visiting other showrooms in coming weeks, So before that want to gather much information about LED TV.

According To you guys which is best in lot with in all the brands.
Please suggest & give some pros & cons

The best 32 inch LED under 40K is panasonic L32D25 model. its priced around 36/37k in panny showrooms in bangalore. If i had to buy 32inch led , i will buy this.

1. full hd led
2. 100hz motion pro
3. ips panel ( i checked this with and without ips panels and the difference is huge).

cons : dolby digital output 5.1 support is not there ( i didnt verified on this ).

Other than , this is one complete model in 32inch tvs
