Best 40 Inch TV in my Budget.

Hi need help planing to purchase a 40inch LED TV and need your expert advice...

Some key criteria for my purchase:

1)Outstanding picture quality as I normally game a lot on consoles & watch 720p/1080p movies mkv or avi files via my WDTV.

2)Dont care much about Internet TV thin its a waste but if it has it will be a bonus but i rather save money.

3)3D Dont really need it but will be a nice addition as I like being future proof since im going to live with it for at least 5 years..

4)Budget approx 60k could stretch a lil bit more if really needed if Im getting something extra ordinary.

5)Any good Diwali deals happening any suggestions?

He can also get panasonic th- l42e6d for just 3-4k more. I think this is a better choice since he gets smart features also..

From feature perspective, make sure if the TV has dlna with wireless or at least wired option available. Streaming is some thing you don't want to miss

Thanks for all the info guys.. so i went to our local vijay sales & croma stores with the kind of deals going on I have decided to up my budget with some EMI options and thus have so far zero downed on the Sony W900, Samsung Series 7 40 Inch LED & Panasonic LED TV VIERA TH-L42ET60D or E6D like you guys suggested although the Panasonic E6D is not available anywhere as all the vendors have told me that the company does not have any stock... Out of these three which one do you guys suggest.. I also need help on a high end 32inch LED (all the latest function needed) all the LED above my must requirement is that it has at least a minimum of 3 HDMI connections... so any suggestion are welcome my budget for the 32inch LED is around 45k... Thanks a lot for all your help guys i really appreciate it... Also don't care much about mirroring as I use mainly apple products and use an apple tv for that...
