Best 42 inch led tv in market right now

Hi All,
This forum has been extremely educational so far.
I am looking to purchase our first LED TV within the next 2-4 weeks.
Which is the best LED TV in 42 inch category right now?
Budget ~ 85000.
I don't mind spending little bit extra for the best TV in this category but want good value for money.

What I am looking for in the TV (order of importance in descending order)
1. Picture Quality
2. Sound Quality
3. Viewing angle
4. Streaming Video via internet
5.3D (this is optional and I don't mind not having this feature)

I have looked/shortlisted Sony 42 W850A, Sony 42 W950A and Samung F7500.

Please also advice best places/ prices to buy TV in chennai

sony 42w950 is out of your budget....sony42w850 is an ips led...so blacks will not be good...samsung 40f7500 is again out of your budget and is only 40 inches...go for the panasonic 42e6 or the sony 42w650....both are 2d models and have fantastic reviews.....but my pick would be the e6.... with your budget you can even go for the 50e6 if you dont mind the slightly softer SD....take a demo and decide....

i think u should go with w850 as it has better viewing angles than w900

Looking at your requirements Sony W850 is best now.

Since you have not added any LG series you may look at LA426910/LA426620 which too fits in your budget.

Guys I have bought Sony 42W850A that will be delivered tomorrow to home from Sony Center Chennai. Full payment only after delivery.
I am wondering what all settings should I check to make sure this is a brand new tv with no defects.

83K from Sony Center .
I got lower offers of 82K from Chellamani and Vasanth & Co and probably could have bargained lower from them but I trust Sony more than these dealers. And thats the price I decided to pay . I am sure if u shop around u can get much lower price.

U r deciding between 47inch LG and 42 inch Sony W850A?
If so, size is not an issue for you I ges.

Sony W850A is great tv. I have not seen the LG models as they were never in my shortlist.

We have not had good experience with LG products and after sales has been a hassle. So we strictly stay away from them for now

Having an LG fridge and a washing machine with no issues.And lg 47ln5710 has got some verry good reviews.My only concern is mirroring content from my tab on to tv.I think LG is not upto it.I watch lot of Netflix on my Nexus 7 and if Sony can mirror it i will go with it.
