Hi Guys...
after a lot of research and auditions, have finally narrowed down my setup to:
KEF Q500 fronts
KEF Q200c centre
KEF C1 rears
and Wharfedale SW 150 sub...

I need recommendations for the best avr to pair with this setup....I have heard it with Denon 2113...so am slightly biased toward it...Heard it with Marantz too...but there is a price difference of 13 K ...marantz being more expensive...
Should I go ahead with the denon 2113??? Does Denon pair well with KEF? My main interest is music 70% and 30% is movies....

DO comment on my choice of speakers and sub as well as advice me on the avr choice...

I am commenting only on the AVR choice. Yes, avr2113 can very well drive the speakers that you listed. AVR2113 can drive at least 60 to 65% of the power requirements of your speakers and also the speakers that you have mentioned are 8 ohms speakers. So it is not a problem. Driving the speakers at 50% of it's power requirement is itself enough. So nothing to worry from the perspective.

Having said that, the Marantz equivalent for Denon AVR2113 is SR5007 (which is 13k more). Though both have similar capabilities, one thing SR5007 offers is preouts. With those preouts, you can expand your home theatre further by adding power amp (of course only if you are planning to do that in future). Other wise, you can simply sticj with AVR2113 which is an excellent one.

perfect advise.
preout is very imp..in future if you add power amp..and bindassly crank up vlumme..
peace of mind about your avr not to be loaded...
well maratnz and denon may have different sound signature with kef........thats not a problem.in that case you have to go for the signature you like, but with a higher avr with pre out options..........
its very unfortunate that the low end avrs..who actually need pre out ...dont have them...:p
