cheap way..
a yamaha 196 at 19k...or a onkyo 3400 24k....
a sony 370/380 blu ray player at 8.5k..........

best way than a blu ray home theter complete set up....

I think you are thinking in terms of the Sony, LG, Samsung, panasonic BD HTiB. One simple advice: stay away or regret later.

Buy a decent HTIB which has a proper AVR such as Onkyo 3500. Couple this up with a BD player. It will cost more but you will have multiple connectivity, expandability and better sound. If money is the issue now, save and buy later.

You will have to buy it separately. Buy a BDP only if you need it, i.e., if you play BDs.

yes for downloded content a media player with hdmi output will be good.
however if has a plan for bd play..blu ray player is neccesary.......
