best home theatre for my pc

hey guys , i am using logitech z-5500 speakers and have 46 inch samsung tv connected to my pc through hdmi ...
i am tired of my speakers and i am planning to buy a new set of home theatre speakers for my pc ..
i am confused to buy a complete set(home theatre in a box) or to buy separate amplifiers/recievers and speakers ...
i searched in internet and found some reviews about denon, onkyo, yamaha,pioneer .. but dont know which one to go ..
i wil be using it only for music and movies .. my budget is Rs.40000(800 dollars) .. would go more if its worth it ...

In your budget, the options are limited to HTIBs like Onkyo 3500, Denon 1312XP, Yamaha YHT296 etc. I would suggest you to take a look at this offer from hifimart - Wharfedale Moviestar 100 5.1 Speakers + Yamaha RXV 371 AV Receiver Home Theatre Package.
