Best price for 42U30D in hyderabd...?

If U20 is ok, go to hypercity inorbit mall..
They have 46" U20 (not 42") for 48k with free panasonic bluray player..

The price is much cheap. Cheaper than 42 inch U30. Why ?. Is there any reason other than previous year model ? Any draw\back to the set ?

If you notice, there are very very few models this year without 3D in the 46+ inch category..
I dont think there is any FHD model in the 46" without 3D (maybe wrong)
So this TV suddenly finds itself nowhere..
Just a guess..

Even the 50V20 is like 64k (it was sold for 1.1L last year)

And it lacks some features also. ( like LAN port and net connectivity). In Cochin the least price quoted is 51K for the 46U20 set alone.

i think this is very VFM as I have no use for the missing features. How the pic quality compares with U30 model ?
Will the dealer courier items to Kochi on order ?. Any contact info of the dealer ?

Hyper city is not a TV dealer.. It is a hyper market with toothbrush to apparels to perfumes to electronics to eveything you need.. You get the idea.. Iam pretty sure they wont take pains to ship a TV unit.. I posted the info for OP who was enquiring about prices in hyderabad.

About the PQ: Almost same as the X20 (which btw is not very impressive in itself). There is fair bit of reflection also.
It loses to samsung D490 imo. (even the X30 loses to D490).

How is the PQ of U20 compared with U30 ?. (I think U20 is FHD)

As you said, the D490 is a good set but have only one third of full HD resolution. After testing D450, D490, X30 and U30 with contents on my USB, I decided infavour of 42U30).

I cant find any....
Cant even get a sight of that Plasma even in showrooms.....
n my parents arent willing to buy to buy it without a first look...
