Hi,
I just recently decided to go with an Epson 8200. I am currently looking for a really good grey screen with a 0.8-1.0 gain. 16:9

I have a budget of about 2Lakhs, probably would extend it to 2.50Lakhs if screen is really worth it.

What do you suggest ?

Hi,
Is da-lite really that good compared to a liberty grandview, i am currently looking to replace the Liberty Grandview that i have. It seems like the screen does not do justice to the projector. Especially in a little bit of ambient light. I want something really really good.

da-lite is (made in usa) 100 times better then grandview (made in china),even better is stewartscreens but getting them here is difficult, and much more costly then dalite.

For dalite as i mentioned earlier can contact kiran infosystems mr. ashish he will suggest and assist you...

Give me your details where you stay, whats your room size???

interesting article for dalite vs grandview can be found here in hifivision.

Thank you very much. So i guess the picture quality also will be very good.
I have a guy who deals with stewart screens. Will check with him regarding pricing.
I stay in Chennai and my room size is 20'x16'. It is not a dedicated home theatre but a living room.

Having epson 8200 (3lcd) with stewartscreens then you cant ask anything better on this earth.

since you have width of 16ft and length 20ft ,you can easily choose Flat screen between min 120 to max 150in diagonal and selecting white or grey screen depends upon the brightness of your living room.

thanks
