Best quality 40-42" LED FHD TV

I am looking to purchase a 40-42" TV for my living room. The picture quality should be versatile in its class. Budget is around 60k INR.

choose between sony w700b or panasonic e6...take a demo and choose a tv which looks good to your eyes....these two tvs are top rated and have excellent
