The amplifier power is very, very similar on both sub amps.
The basic difference between the two subs is that the PL300 is finished with part of it in Piano Black Lacquer and has 2 front vents. Response is down to 21-22Hz before low end rolloff.
The SWA is finished in a vinyl Oak, and has 3 side vents. It is made for any use like the PL 300, but can be made to reduce low end performance down to 15Hz if desired by plugging a couple of the vents. One such foam plug comes with the sub.
