bose acoustimass 5 series II

My friend has recently given me a subwoofer and cube speakers (the above) The subwoofer sounded amazing!! But I moved house and after setting it back up the bass doesn't sound very good; it sounds as though the mid and treble are coming trough the sub and some bass is coming through the cubes..the cubes sound better than the sub, it doesn't blow my socks off anymore! Can anyone help? The only different factors from when it worked are new speaker wires (but i'd already replaced a couple before and it still sounded fine, and the sub being knocked and left tilted for a day when someone moved the sofa! (I can't believe for a second that would do anything!?)

Any help would be much appreciated!!

When you are from UK ... the easiest solution is .... sell this "B" graded Bose speakers and go for a Q Acoustics 2000i Series 5.1 Cinema Pack .... you wont repent ....

Thanks for the reply but I don't want to sell them and the reason my friend gave them to me is because I don't have the money to buy my own : / No advice on fixing these?

Check whether any speaker cables are connected to the wrong output.
