Bought lg 47le5500.

after going round scouting for new tv saw lg pk50 550. but no stock and had some financial prob at the time of diwali. and finally today booked lg 47 le5500 at girias marathalli for rs 89000.
is it the best price?
delivery tomarow.
photos will follow after the tv is delivered.
do we need a stabilizer? because the guy in the show room asked to take one. i have a ups at home of capacity 800 va.

I bought it for 82300 in shahs in chennai,in corma they quoted it for 1.02 lakhs but they were giving sansui 24 inch lcd, which dont worth that much,in girias they quoted 92 after bargain....
7k is a big amount ....
After booked it u can't ask for bargain anymore,
Its a good led with local diming, which has 12 led lights in panel...

Not like that, when I was purchasing panasonic 42u20 lcd shahs quoted me 54.5 k after bargained ,but girias gave it to me for 50.5k....

that is my old tv 32" lg lf20 which is about 2.5 years old and my old hts onkyo 5.1 which is about 4 years old, which dose not has any hdmi connection.

Hmm,congrats again,am hooked to the thread.Today I went to VASANTH and enquired the price of 47LE5500,was told 92k!.Then i told them that Shah gives it for 82k,they said 89k is the last price.

I bought the LG 42LE5500 from Vasanth on 31st Dec. I got the set for 72,500. I asked for 47LE5500 and they told me its 79000. Can you check again?
If not go to compareindia.in.com and that is the price it shows.

You will see all the info like Sr Number, model number etc.


I bought 47 LE5500 on 31st Dec. My usage hours were 9 hours when I checked that day.

I bought LG 42LE5500 for Rs.67,000/= with HMI cable but WITHOUT BDP & Disks.
First Impressions: With SD DTH, SD is poor, HD is Okay. With RBTV DTH SD is better and HD is good.
Compared side by side with my old Samsung Plasma PS42B430(HDReady). Feed was 720P, tamil movie Sivaji, from PlayONHD. Plasma is the clear leader.
