Budget LCD TV

Hi

I am planning to buy a 32 Inch LCD TV and my budget is 25-28K. Have a viewing distance of 14feet. Full HD is not a must. Most viewed channels are south indian channels in SD.

Please let me know your comments / suggestions / lateral thoughts
