I've done my fair bit of research and feel completely lost due to the myriad of options. I am looking for a TV for immediate purchase with the following requirements. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

* Less than 60k
* 42 inch+
* HDMI ports (PS3/DVD player)
* Known brand with good warranty
* (good to have) In built Wifi
* (good to have) Skype app

What would be the best VFM TV that I can get?
