carrying samsung 46 inch led to india

hi everyone
i m living in dubai. i have purchased a samsung 46 inch led tv , from the warehouse in discounted price as it is a little damaged. The price i paid is AED 2430 ie INR 37500. price in india is INR 94000, as on internet.
i m planning to carry it to bangalore, how much will i be charged as custom duty at d airport, ie on inr 94000 or inr 37500?

Regarding the tv show it as used and show the damages and i believe you will escape with a very little amount

As long as the bill is for INR 37500 and the item is for personal use the duty will be minimal. I've walked in with enough electronic goods on many of my trips abroad and been charged very little as most of them were for personal use.

PS - Never got a TV though but mostly PC components, laptops, etc.
