After having spent a Lot of time hunting for such speakers, I learnt a couple of things. Such speakers do not exist and if they do, they have terrible DACs in them to produce close to decent sound.

I would recommend picking a basic AV Receiver and building your 5.1 system over a period of time. This would assure good connectivity, quality 5.1 decoders and some peace of mind.
