Chromecast Audio - Whats ur take

Hey guys,

Whats ur take on Google's new cheomecast audio.

It has 802.11 ac wifi with dual band 5 ghz support.

And the biggest thing is it has optical out, so u can streat lossless audio and directly give input to ur amp/avr/dac ..

i feel its super awesome, so i have ordered one...

You can order one mini toslink to toslink cable from amazon for INR 300 .. so why wait for nov end

It has optical out (mini toslink)..
It has a 24 bits/192 khz DAC inside .. (AKM 192kHz 24-Bit DAC)

And this is a very high end DAC.

It is having only one output i.e hybrid, which supports 3.5mm jack and the minitoslink

Just search on youtube .. u wil see many demos of optical out from same 3.5 mm jack.

Obviously you can't get audio out analog & digital both same time.

Either 3.5 mm Aux jack or.
mini toslink optical out .
