What does one use to clean...

plastic dustcover which is covered with scuff marks, dust and scratches?

the outer metal covering of the vinyl player

clean the rubber mat

It would be great if I could get information about only Indian products that can be used to clean the player.

Any neutral polishing cream along with a yellow felt dustcloth will quickly buff away most of the scuffs on your typical acrylic cover.

A soft damp cloth is all you need to clean the metal TT surface and the rubber mat. Don't let either remain moist for too long.

What if it has stains and a lil rust, Can you name the polishing cream that I can buy?

You may try Min Cream.

WD40 will work superb for rust.
